About The Barber Law Firm, PLLC
The Barber Law Firm represents clients across Eastern North Carolina in criminal and family defense matters. The firm handles misdemeanors, felonies, probation violations, DWI, traffic citations and expungements. It also serves as parent advocate in DSS/CPS cases involving abuse, neglect, dependency and termination of parental rights. A separate real estate practice covers residential and commercial property transactions. Two attorneys work as a team, taking a client-centered approach to each case.
Terence Barber has practiced in Onslow, Duplin, Jones and other Eastern North Carolina counties since 2011. Kirsten Barber began as an Assistant District Attorney in the Fourth Prosecutorial District, then left the District Attorney's office in 2012 to join her husband at the firm, where she practices real property law.
