Work follows the Detail-Clean Rotation System, which deep cleans rooms on a rotating basis, paired with a Professional House Cleaning Checklist covering hard-to-reach spots such as beneath cupboards, under sinks, and above cabinets. Cleaners use HEPA vacuums, microfiber cloths, and EPA-approved, environmentally responsible products. The Cleaning Authority was founded in the Baltimore-Washington metro area in 1977 as one of the first whole-house cleaning services in the region.
