About The End of Nowhere

The End of Nowhere is a natural, low-intervention winery and tasting room in Amador City, sourcing fruit from the Sierra Foothills, Clarksburg, and Lodi. Owner and winemaker Chris Walsh, who grew up in Amador County, built the label around wines made without chemical additives or heavy new oak. The Main Street tasting room, open Friday through Sunday, pours varietals including Pinot Gris, Primitivo, and Zinfandel alongside burgers.
