David G. David G. Moss grew up in Midlothian, Virginia, and earned a biological sciences degree from Virginia Tech in 2009 before changing course to attend Penn State's Dickinson School of Law, graduating in 2017. He began his legal career prosecuting misdemeanors and felonies in the Dinwiddie County Commonwealth's Attorney's Office, then moved to Prince Edward County, where he focused on complex financial crimes and asset forfeiture litigation. He opened the Law Office of David G. Moss, PLLC in June 2019 to represent clients' constitutional rights.
