He began his legal career prosecuting misdemeanors and felonies in the Dinwiddie County Commonwealth's Attorney's Office, then moved to Prince Edward County, where he focused on complex financial crimes and asset forfeiture litigation. He opened the Law Office of David G. Moss, PLLC in June 2019 to represent clients' constitutional rights.
