A braiding salon serving women, men, and children age 10 and up, with knotless box braids in sizes from jumbo to extra small, box braids, boho box braids, feed-in and lemonade braids, half feed-in/half box combinations, the Ombré Goddess Bob, crochet, twists, and braided extensions. Additional services include natural hair styling, braids and box braids for men on fades or blowouts, re-twists, retightening, take-downs, detangling, and wash and blow-dry with braid-down before a wig. Two stylists work here: Toya, a master braiding specialist, and Meidjie, who specializes in locs, crochet, and twists. Travel service is available for a per-mile fee, and the gallery shows only real client photos rather than stock images.
Toya describes developing a passion for braiding through the relationships built with clients over years of styling work. Meidjie, originally from Haiti, says she focuses on continually improving her skills and technique.
