A Black-owned, minority-certified marketing consulting firm focused on reaching hard-to-reach, niche and underserved populations. Services span research and assessments (surveys, focus groups, in-depth interviews, mock juries, social listening, product testing), secret shopping (including discrimination testing, program compliance and operational audits), media and outreach campaigns (public relations, content and social marketing, street teams, influencer marketing), and call center support such as customer service, survey research and after-hours coverage. Clients include federal, state and local government and quasi-government agencies, nonprofits, corporations, healthcare providers and educational institutions, and the firm also works as a Tier 1 subcontractor for other agencies. Established in 2007 by marketing veteran Crystal L. Kendrick, who has more than 25 years of global and domestic marketing experience and previously held management positions at General Cable, Fifth Third Bank and ArvinMeritor. Kendrick holds a BBA in marketing from Temple University and an MBA from Northern Kentucky University, and also publishes The Voice of Black Cincinnati, a media company focused on African Americans in the region. The firm has been named NMSDC National Supplier of the Year and Cincinnati PRSA Small Agency of the Year, and has been recognized by PRSA, WBENC, the SBA and the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce.
