Two service tracks: AI workshops and training for professionals and teams, and fractional COO/CTO support for founders and small-team leaders who need operations and tech work handled. Training covers practical, plain-English use of AI tools, prompts, and workflows, with free resources including a ChatGPT email course, AI quick tips, a writing style guide template, a Human + AI playbook template, and a NotebookLM masterclass. Fractional work focuses on untangling messy workflows, connecting tools that don't talk to each other, and building systems that support growth. Past client projects include Google Workspace migrations and AI onboarding for nonprofits and healthcare organizations.

Founded by married co-founders Damien and Danielle Griffin, who serve as CEO and COO. Damien's background is in corporate IT, network engineering, business development, and system migrations; Danielle is a former ER/trauma RN who now focuses on processes, writing, workflows, content, and automation. They started the business out of frustration with watching capable people feel stupid because tech tools weren't built with real people in mind, and built it around clarity and jargon-free explanation.
