About Vive Auto Houston
Auto protection and appearance work covering paint protection film, ceramic coating, window tint, windshield protection, vinyl wrap, paint correction, and interior and exterior detailing at two locations in the Galleria area and Katy. Work is done in a climate-controlled, clean facility using Modesta, Suntek, and Llumar FormulaOne products, with technicians trained through an in-house apprenticeship program. Visits begin with a complimentary Vehicle Protection Analysis that produces a personalized recommendation and quote. The shop is fully insured, offers complimentary loaner cars on a first-come basis, financing on larger projects, and handles manufacturer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
Founder Anson Lau grew up in Sabah, Malaysia, sharing an interest in cars with his father and brothers, and moved to Houston at 16. He began detailing cars in his garage during college and built the operation into a car care studio, traveling to Italy and Japan to learn from others in the industry. The business has operated since 2007, is family owned, and says it has protected more than 55,000 vehicles across its Houston and Katy shops.
