About Walt's Eats & Drinks

The Walt's lineage began in 1948 when Bud Long opened The Pub in Lafayette, later run by Herschel and Mary Cook, who opened The Other Pub in 1991 and sold it in 2007 to general manager Walt Foster III. Walt III and his wife Kristy opened Walt's Other Pub in 2012, followed by Walt's Pub & Grill in West Lafayette in 2017. Walt's Eats & Drinks was established in 2024 to bring the brand to other parts of Indiana, with partners including Walt III, Matt Dellinger, Josh Shives, Walt IV, and restaurateur Chip Comery.
