About Wildflower & Company
A full-service salon offering hair services including color, highlighting, haircuts for children and adults, styling, special event hair and extensions, plus nails, lash lifts, waxing, facials and massage. Weddings, birthday parties and other personalized events can be booked on site. A boutique, available in store and online, carries professional brands such as Hale & Hush, Bioelements, ColorWOW, Eleven Australia, K18, Kenra, L'Or treal Professionnel and Olaplex. The team includes stylists, nail artists and estheticians.
Co-owners Carly and Christa spent over a decade at David the Salon, becoming salon managers together in 2013 under mentor David Cockell. When David the Salon closed in June 2021 following David's terminal illness, the pair signed a lease in March 2021 and opened Wildflower Hair Lounge, designing the space themselves. Christa Anderson, co-owner and stylist, worked as a career stylist in Grosse Pointe for more than ten years before the salon opened.
