About Your Downriver Realtor Suzy Jedynak

Full-time licensed Michigan Realtor with Premiere Realty Group, working with both buyers and sellers across southeast Michigan and specializing in the roughly two dozen Downriver communities, including Trenton, Wyandotte, Grosse Ile, Woodhaven, Taylor, Southgate, Allen Park, Flat Rock, Brownstown and Huron Township. Buyer consultations run 30 to 60 minutes in the Van Horn office and cover pre-approval, market conditions, city inspections, taxes and offer strategies such as appraisal guarantees or post-closing occupancy to make bids stand out. Sellers get an in-home visit and comparative market analysis, plus advice on paint, flooring and other pre-listing improvements, sometimes including visits to comparable listings to see a home through a buyer's eyes. She works without a staff, so the same person handles the transaction from start to finish, and can refer clients to other agents for areas outside her territory.

Born and raised Downriver and a graduate of Aquinas High School, she has lived in the area with her husband John while raising their two daughters. She spent over 25 years in advertising, marketing and graphic design before becoming a licensed Realtor in 2013, and was named Rookie of the Year that year by the Downriver Association of Realtors. Most of her business comes through referrals from past clients.
