Ashleigh Bakes Daily is a Black-Owned bakery on Main Street in downtown Durham, North Carolina, and the city's only late-night bakery. It makes small-batch, handmade cookies, from red velvet cookies n' crème to S'mores and Golden Birthday Cake, baked fresh throughout the day and never frozen. Customers can order online for pickup, delivery, or shipping, and book a Bake Together class.
Ashleigh Bakes Daily started as a home bakery six years ago, then grew in the Downtown Durham Inc. incubator at 307 W Main St before moving into its permanent home at 111 W Main St, Suite 201. Built on the belief that hospitality should be handled, it bakes small batches by hand and is proudly Black woman-owned and rooted in Durham.
