A brunch and breakfast spot built around scratch-made biscuits baked fresh throughout the day from a proprietary in-house recipe. The menu puts new twists on Southern comfort food with biscuit sandwiches like the Rockwell, Rockwell Supreme, Go Goetta, Boozy Bird and Biscuit Bennie, plus loaded tots, biscuits and gravy, and bonuts. There is a coffee and full bar program alongside the food, and the restaurant also handles catering. A loyalty program and app allow ordering ahead and earning rewards.

Chad and Lauren Coulter, former pharmacists turned restaurateurs, started the concept after building a wine and tapas business, wanting a place serving authentic Southern flavor with flair. They brought in executive chef Tavis Rockwell to develop the brunch menu, and he spent three months perfecting the proprietary biscuit recipe. The brand has since expanded beyond its Louisville hometown and franchises additional locations.
