About Colorful Hair Studio
A single-chair specialty salon focused on custom hair color, extensions and hair enhancement, along with intensive conditioning treatments using Olaplex and other professional products. Every service begins with an in-depth consultation, described as a multistep "hue guarantee" process that maps out a plan for reaching a client's hair goals. Stylist Libby has worked in the beauty industry for more than 25 years and concentrates on coloring and extensions.
Libby grew up on a farm and attended beauty school during her junior and senior years of high school, then earned an associate degree in business retail management from International Business College while working evenings behind the chair. After more than two decades in the industry, she opened her own single-chair studio in July 2018 so she could keep doing hair while raising her sons. She continues taking education courses and joined a business group to keep growing the studio.
