About Cookies Tonight

A delivery-only bakery serving San Diego and nearby towns, offering freshly baked cookies, cookie cakes, cupcakes and cakes packaged as gift boxes, trays and baskets with add-ons like balloons, roses, cards and milk. Custom logo cookies and photo cookies are a specialty, alongside occasion-based collections for birthdays, graduations, baby showers, weddings, holidays and corporate orders. Cookies are baked to order using ingredients such as Ghirardelli chocolate chips, organic eggs and butter, with no preservatives, margarine or hydrogenated oils. Orders are placed online with a cookie minimum, and each order is hand delivered to the recipient's door, often within an hour of baking.

Owner Agnieszka Lewis describes baking as a lifelong passion and started the business to make the moist, all-natural cookies she could not find elsewhere. Cookies Tonight is run as a small, family-owned delivery bakery and catering operation in San Diego, baking one customer's order at a time.
