Puerto Rican Arabica beans roasted in Orlando and served as single-origin espresso, lattes, and cold brew, with a light roast profile of caramel, chocolate, and subtle tropical notes. Bags of beans are available to take home alongside island-inspired food. The shop functions as a cultural hub, hosting local events, tastings, Cafecito Sessions, and support for small businesses and artists. Currently operating at Waterford Lakes while a flagship location in the Hourglass District is under construction.

The company traces its origins to Utuado in Puerto Rico's mountains, where its Arabica trees grow at an elevation of 3,000 feet. The founders, drawing on the island's coffee heritage and culture, set out to build relationships as much as to grow coffee, overseeing beans from cultivation and harvest through roasting.
