A coffee shop and roastery sourcing beans from seven countries and roasting them on site in Orlando, with single-origin bags from Brazil, Colombia, Nicaragua, Papua New Guinea and a Colombian swiss-water decaf sold by the half pound and five pounds. The drink list runs to house-created blends and seasonal lattes such as the Florida pumpkin spice with orange, strawberry milk latte, Chantilly cake latte and a fresh-and-fruity flight of 8 oz spring drinks. Breakfast and lunch items include toast and jam with locally sourced spreads, overnight oats, bagels and peanut butter banana toast. There is also an outdoor patio, beer and wine happy hour, wholesale, gift cards and merch, delivery, a rewards program, and pop-ups at markets and community events.
Founders Tony Villalobos and Pablo met at 13 through the Civil Air Patrol squadron in Miami, where they shared an interest in community service. Tony later set out to continue his family's legacy in the coffee industry, and his old CAP friend joined him to make it happen. The company states a commitment to sustainability and to supporting everyone in the supply chain, from farmers and pickers to roasters and baristas.
