About Craft & Common

A specialty coffee shop and cafe with locations in Downtown Orlando, Oviedo, and Lake Mary. The 'Craft' coffee menu borrows from high-end cocktail bars, with handmade drinks built from ingredients like pink Himalayan sea salt, small-batch bitters, local juices, and fresh garnishes, alongside standard espresso drinks and pour overs. The kitchen turns out sandwiches and toasts, including avocado toast with unexpected twists, meant to pair with the drinks. The shop emphasizes an unpretentious, music-forward atmosphere and participates in Orlando's Safe Place Initiative, stating a commitment to being welcoming to all, including the LGBTQ+ community.

Founded in 2018 by Lindsay and Brandon Duensing. After a year of traveling across the country, they noticed that coffee shops tended to have either excellent coffee or excellent service but rarely both, and built the business around combining specialty coffee with genuine hospitality. Their stated aim is to be a meeting place in the Orlando community where everyone feels welcome and respected.
