About Gadi's Bakery

A Cuban bakery baking from scratch rather than from pre-mixes, with cakes, pastries and desserts made daily. Traditional Cuban items include flan, pastelitos, Guava Cake Bars, Capuchinos, and a Flan Cake (tarta imposible) layering caramel and custard. Ingredients are described as natural and high-quality, sourced locally and seasonally when possible. Online ordering is available, with delivery seven days a week and free delivery on orders over $50, plus a mobile bakery.

The owners operated two bakeries in Cuba for a decade before opening in Tampa, and describe the recipes and techniques as a family tradition carried over from that experience.
