A food truck and catering operation serving American-style comfort food, with private event catering available. The team's background is in private party catering and restaurant kitchens, and the business describes itself as a Woman Veteran-owned LLC based out of Louisville.
The idea took shape at the Happy Valley Bluegrass Music Festival in June 2019, when the founders fed a campsite of more than 50 friends two meals a day for a long weekend using a pair of propane grills and a camp stove. The LLC launched in January 2022. Head chef and owner Preston Floyd brings over 20 years in the service industry, including nearly a decade running private parties at 4th Street Live!. Owner-operators Justin and Jennifer Crone are Marine Corps veterans and University of Louisville graduates who both trained under Preston.
