Caribbean and Haitian cooking served at two Orlando locations — Kalalou Signature on Kirkman Rd near Universal and Kalalou Caribbean Bar & Grill on John Young Pkwy. The kitchen turns out jerk chicken grilled low and slow, braised oxtail, curry chicken, whole snapper and other fresh seafood, plus sides like djon djon rice and macaroni au gratin. The bar pours more than 40 handcrafted cocktails, including mojitos, rum punches and house specials, and live music plays Friday and Saturday nights. Catering with full hotel pans, open bar packages, a private dining room and full venue buyouts are available for parties and corporate events.
