Kevin D. Judd established the firm in 1994 to provide consumer bankruptcy services to residents of the Washington DC and Maryland areas at fair and reasonable prices. He is a past president of the National Bar Association, the Bar Association of the District of Columbia, the Washington Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Association DC Chapter, and formerly chaired the Bankruptcy Law Section of the National Bar Association. He has also served on the Local Rules Advisory Committee for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Columbia.
