About Naturallycomplete919
A loc-led natural hair salon. The core of the book is loc care — retwists and interlocking with shampoo at $120, longer retie sessions priced by the hour from $170 up to $425 for five hours plus, a separate rate for anything past eight weeks, loc styling with or without maintenance, and Sisterlocks™ and starter loc consultations at $30. Around that sit comb coils, two-strand twists, designer braids, shampoo and dry, hot oil with deep conditioning, detox treatments and grey coverage. Everything is one-on-one — the stated aim is an experience catered to you and your hair rather than a production line — and clients leave with tips for their own routine. The salon also makes and sells its own all-natural product line for growth and dryness: rosemary stimulating spray, rosemary mint hydrate, loc and braid gels, hair cream, leave-in conditioner spray, miracle oil, shea butter and Jinsa oil, plus a "Loc’d By T33T33" shirt. Open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am–7pm, Thursday 9am–3pm and Saturday 9am–4pm; closed Sunday and Tuesday. TeeTee Cephas started braiding hair in the 7th grade and never really stopped — a shop in Kannapolis while she was still at high school, then two more in Raleigh, then two business degrees, a Natural Hair Care Specialist and Teacher licence, and the Manhattan School of Cosmetology in St. Petersburg, Florida. She opened NaturallyComplete919, LLC in Raleigh in September 2016 and has been collecting awards since: RDU’s Best Natural Hair Stylist in 2017, multiple WRAL Viewers’ Choice Awards including Best Salon in 2020, an ACHI Magazine award, Glitz and Glam, and a Whole9 nomination. The salon runs on the line printed under its own name — where your happiness is our priority — and she has since built out a full all-natural product line to extend that care past the chair.
