This process includes document drafting, funding, and ongoing plan maintenance throughout a client's lifetime. The firm can be reached at (919) 695-3485 or by email at [email protected], with additional presence on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Wilson earned his law degree from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio, and a bachelor's degree in General Psychology from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina. Beyond the practice, he serves on the boards of the NC Climate Justice Collective, The Black Farmers' Market, and Audubon North Carolina's Advisory Board, and is a licensed Zumba instructor.

Omari Wilson's legal practice, built around the tagline "Protecting Home, Building Legacy," is rooted in his upbringing in Mebane's West End community, a historically Black neighborhood founded by formerly enslaved people after the Civil War. His parents and neighbors there founded the West End Revitalization Association (WERA) to fight infrastructure deficits that were undermining property values and public health in the community. For roughly eighteen years, Wilson worked in the nonprofit public interest law sector providing legal services to financially distressed and limited-resource North Carolina property owners seeking to preserve their homes, land, farms, and rural livelihoods, before also gaining private practice experience in personal injury and business litigation. That grounding in land and legacy protection led him to found his own firm focused on estate planning and heirs' property preservation, extending the same mission his family pursued in West End to families across North Carolina, and he remains involved with WERA today.
