About Palomino Bar

An old-school Bay View tavern with one of the largest bourbon lists in Milwaukee and Wisconsin, plus handcrafted cocktails, craft beers, and cheap cold domestics. The kitchen runs a small scratch-made menu built around brisket burgers, hot fried chicken sandwiches, and seasonal dishes. The bar is family friendly, sells gift cards, and offers pie lessons through its bakeshop along with a pie shop and merch store.

The building has operated as a tavern for over a century. Palomino is part of the PIE Inc. collective.
