A wholesale bakery producing plant-based, 100% gluten-free desserts from scratch in Miami, including cookies, brownies, mini donuts, cinnamon rolls, mini bundts and muffins, chocolates, frozen desserts, and cheesecakes. Output runs to more than 5,000 baked goods a week, made in small batches with organic ingredients and delivered on weekly routes to restaurants, cafés, and health-focused businesses across South Florida. Retail customers can order online for pickup or courier, and products are also carried by retail partners. The bakery additionally offers cooking classes, including classes for kids, plus gift cards, books, and merchandise.

Established in 2016 and founded by Pamela Wasabi, a food artist, creative director, and author, the bakery focuses on artisanal vegan and gluten-free baking. It grew from supplying local coffee shops to handling large-scale production for local franchises, high-end catering companies, Michelin-star recommended restaurants, 4-star hotels, and luxury spas, and now works with more than 50 restaurant partners.
