About Archetti's Bakery

A boutique bakery specializing in gluten-free desserts and breads, with keto, vegan, and paleo options aimed at customers managing intolerances, allergies, and specific diets. Classic pastry recipes are reworked to be lighter and easier to digest, with less fat, sugar, and fewer calories while keeping the taste and aroma intact. Handmade desserts are also sold as gift boxes for sharing.

The bakery is led by pastry chef Susana Archetti, who became a chef in 2010 and two years later pursued a Master's in pastry, going on to teach pastry classes at culinary institutions. Born in Venezuela to an Italian father and a Spanish mother, she draws on those international flavors in her work. After moving to Miami she founded Archetti's LLC, teaching pastry techniques and selling desserts for catering and restaurants.
