Q's Culinary started as a food cart working Charlotte's streets, built around a mission to elevate classic street food with quality ingredients and attentive customer care. Founder Q grew the business from a single cart into what the company now calls "Charlotte's favorite spot," relying on grassroots support from regulars who kept coming back for the food and the personal touch behind the counter. The business now operates from a permanent location at 8432 Old Statesville Road, Suite 100, in Charlotte, open Tuesday through Saturday from 11am to 7pm and closed Monday and Sunday. The menu centers on hand-pattied smash burgers, including the signature Cobb Burger, topped with cheddar, onion, bacon, and barbecue sauce and priced at $11. All-beef hot dogs come loaded with creative toppings, and the menu also includes chicken and vegan hot dog options for customers looking for alternatives to the classic beef version. Q's Culinary began in 2020, after the pandemic shut things down and Kwindarius Sapp lost his job. He started selling hot dogs from a food cart on the streets of Charlotte. The cart became a food truck, which built a following across the city. Q later opened a brick-and-mortar restaurant on Old Statesville Road as a home base.
