A walk-up porchetteria and bakery-cafe serving porchetta sandwiches alongside hand-crafted pastries baked fresh daily in small batches, plus locally sourced coffee, fresh juices and teas, beverage specials, and seasonal soft serve. The pork is 100% Berkshire and Duroc, raised on family-owned farms in Lancaster, PA and processed in Montgomery, PA, certified by the American Humane Association and free of antibiotics and additives. Pastry styles range from modern to classic, aiming for approachable and nostalgic. Also available: online ordering for pickup and delivery, catering and special requests, a pantry provision subscription, and gift cards.

Both concepts grew out of a fast-casual takeout model, with the aim of serving thoughtful food in a fun, locally conscious setting for the Graduate Hospital, Point Breeze, and Grays Ferry neighborhoods. The stated goal is to remain an approachable neighborhood place even as the business expands.
