About Southern Home Bakery

Custom decorated sugar cookies and classic southern desserts made from scratch, with shops in College Park and Winter Garden. Cookie designs are organized by theme — baby, birthday, wedding, sports, medical, holidays, seasons and custom logos or images — and custom cake and custom order requests are taken directly. Also sells dessert bars, gourmet cookies and a new line of specialty cupcakes. A monthly Cookie Carton subscription ships an assortment of themed decorated sugar cookies, gourmet cookies and colorful dots with shipping covered.

Founder Catherine Cramer describes coming from a long line of southern cooks, with dessert a part of every meal and the center of every celebration in her home. She especially favors recipes handed down from her mother, such as southern pecan pie bars, and built the bakery around making southern hospitality easy. She now runs the business alongside a team of women.
