StylzPlus Beauty and Hair Concepts is a private-suite salon at 3029 Capital Blvd, Suite 109 in Raleigh, founded by board-certified cosmetologist Avión Hunter. The work it is best known for is hair loss: non-surgical hair replacement, alopecia solutions and the consultations around them, handled discreetly and without fuss. Its before-and-after gallery is largely that work. Around that sits a full salon menu — custom wigs and custom glueless wigs, HD lace installs, extensions, weaves and sew-ins, braids from cornrows to box braids, locs and twists, natural hair care, silk press, relaxers, cuts, colour and colour correction, plus makeup artistry. Walk-ins are welcome. The salon runs as private suites, so each stylist is an independent business owner and prices vary between them. The current team is Avión Hunter (hair loss), Tiffany B (makeup, natural hair, extensions), Katisha (weaves and enhancements), Brittany (braiding and natural hair), Victoria (twists and locs), Ryan Harris (glueless wigs and colour), Ebanie Harrison (natural hair and sew-ins) and Joane Charles (hair care and maintenance).
