A Brazilian-American churrascaria inside Dadeland Mall serving rodizio-style meals: gauchos carve flame-grilled cuts tableside continuously, including picanha, filet mignon, lamb chops, pork ribs, chicken and Brazilian sausage, with guests using a green-and-red card to signal for more. The gourmet salad area includes chef-crafted salads, roasted vegetables, imported cheeses and charcuterie, plus house-baked cheese bread, garlic mashed potatoes and fried bananas. Separate lunch, weekend lunch and dinner pricing is offered, along with a salad-area-only option, a wine list and cocktails such as the Caipirinha. The location has patio and semi-private dining, handles groups and events with A/V rental and buyout options, and offers to-go and catering menus.

The company traces its start to Porto Alegre, Brazil, where one of the partners, drawn to ranch life and rodizio-style feasting, wanted to bring churrasco dining to the United States. Texas was chosen as the home for the concept because of its cattle country and steakhouse tradition. The family-owned restaurant has since expanded domestically and internationally, and supports charities including the American Red Cross, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Freedom Alliance and the Children's Cancer Fund.
