A Brazilian churrascaria at Dolphin Mall serving rodizio-style dining: gauchos carve spit-roasted beef, lamb, pork, chicken and Brazilian sausage tableside, with guests using a green and red card to signal for more or take a break. The meal also includes a large gourmet salad area with chef-crafted salads, roasted vegetables, imported cheeses and charcuterie, plus sides such as house-baked cheese bread, garlic mashed potatoes and fried bananas. A salad-area-only option is available at lunch and dinner, and the bar features the Caipirinha along with a weekday happy hour. The location offers patio seating, to-go and catering orders, and private dining for up to 120 guests with A/V rental and buyout options.

The company began with a dream in Porto Alegre, Brazil, where one of the partners, drawn to ranch life and the region's rodizio-style feasting, set out to bring churrasco culture to the United States. Texas was chosen as the destination because cattle country paired naturally with the Brazilian steakhouse tradition. The family-owned restaurant has since expanded domestically and internationally. It also runs long-standing charitable partnerships with the American Red Cross, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Freedom Alliance and the Children's Cancer Fund.
