A steakhouse and seafood restaurant on the Bay Harbor Islands, serving prime New York strip, bone-in ribeye, center-cut and American wagyu filet, veal chop, lamb T-bones, wagyu osso bucco, and broiled jumbo Maine lobster sold by the pound. Italian-American plates carried over from the original menu include wagyu lasagna, pappardelle bolognese, linguine with white clam sauce, and The Palm meatball, alongside crab cakes, oysters, and a cold bar. The bar program covers signature cocktails, zero-proof drinks, an extensive scotch, bourbon and cognac list, and a wine list recognized with Wine Spectator Awards of Excellence. Private events, catering, happy hour, and delivery through several platforms are also available.

The Palm began in 1926 when Pio Bozzi and John Ganzi, immigrants from Parma, Italy, opened a restaurant on Second Avenue in New York City; the intended name "Parma" was reportedly recorded as "Palm." It became a steakhouse after Ganzi fetched a steak from a nearby butcher for a customer, and later generations of the Bozzi and Ganzi families added the two-pound lobster and Surf 'n' Turf and expanded to cities across the country. The company describes four generations of family ownership guided by the same philosophy: treat guests like family, serve great food, and exceed expectations.
