The salon's licensed stylists prioritise hair health, and the emphasis throughout is on consistency — the same result visit after visit rather than outcomes that vary by appointment. Treatments include scalp massages and deep conditioning aimed at rejuvenating and nourishing hair. Every client is offered a personalised consultation, where the team listens first and then builds an approach around that client's goals, drawing on decades of expertise to advise on hair, skin and overall beauty. The salon opens Monday to Wednesday, 8am to 6pm, and Thursday to Friday, 5am to 4pm.

TruByouti was started in January of 2024, by Chloe Smith. She saw the need to serve and underserved market: mature African-American woman. Ms. Smith focuses on quality over quantity.
