Vicious Biscuit is a fast-casual Southern brunch concept with a location in Charlotte, North Carolina, part of a family-owned brand that debuted in December 2018 in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. The original restaurant introduced a menu of over-the-top biscuit creations previously unseen in the Lowcountry, and the concept's bold flavors and shareable format generated immediate popularity, with lines stretching out the door and around the corner in its early days. Vicious Biscuit's mission is to boldly revolutionize brunch one biscuit at a time, and the menu reflects that ambition with playfully named, generously stacked biscuit sandwiches like The Fat Boy, The Flame Thrower, and The Vicious, alongside shareable items such as Sweet Puppies and Vicious Beignets. Other menu staples include an Egg White Omelet, Old School Breakfast, shrimp and grits, pimento cheese, and breakfast sandwiches built on fried eggs and sausage. Following its early success, the brand expanded to a second location in Summerville, South Carolina in 2020, then grew to additional corporate locations across North Carolina, Florida, and South Carolina, and has since franchised into markets including Akron, Ohio, Gonzales, Louisiana, and Hattiesburg, Mississippi.
