AVL Cake Lady is a custom cake shoppe in Asheville making desserts for everyday cravings and big celebrations. Walk-in customers can pick up fresh-baked goodies during regular hours, and late-night delivery runs seven days a week from 8pm to midnight through DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub. The shop builds custom cakes for birthdays and milestones, wedding cakes designed to a client's vision, and dessert tables for showers and receptions. Sheet cakes are made for churches, schools and corporate events, and the team caters private events using a mobile unit. Cupcakes, cookies and pies are also part of the lineup. Custom order pickups can be scheduled Monday through Saturday. Orders ship via insured USPS Priority Mail, frozen with ice packs, going out Monday through Wednesday only, with overnight shipping available on request. All orders are custom-made and final once placed, though pickup or delivery dates can be adjusted with at least three days' notice.
