About Farm.One
An indoor vertical farm in Prospect Heights that grows microgreens, specialty herbs, edible flowers and premium salad greens year-round for NYC chefs and restaurants, with produce also sold on site. The attached Brew Lab is a taproom and cocktail bar serving house-brewed craft beer, farm-inspired cocktails, wine and a non-alcoholic drink program, available only onsite. Farm tours and hands-on farm-to-table classes, including private sessions, run alongside a regular calendar of events such as trivia and bingo nights and storytelling series. The space, which includes daytime study hall hours, is also available to rent for gatherings and galas.
The business began as a neighborhood indoor farm and later expanded to add a brewery and taproom at its 625 Bergen Street location in Brooklyn.
