Mobile caterer, Food truck, Soul-food Restaurant in Wendell, NC
One dish done properly: the loaded baked potato. Every potato comes with a choice of meat and a side — oxtail, salmon or lobster, smothered turkey, ground turkey, or a Tuesday-only taco build — and there is a plain baked potato with three toppings for a smaller appetite. Alongside those are mac and cheese bowls, plain or with shrimp, and sides of collards, mac and cheese, zucchini and candied yams. Extra toppings — cheese, bacon bits, green onions, banana peppers, jalapeños, sour cream — run 99 cents each. The trailer moves around the Triangle, posts its schedule on its own site and socials, and takes private bookings for events.
Loaded Eats, LLC is a Black-owned and veteran-owned food trailer working out of Wendell and serving the Raleigh area. The owners describe what they do as potato mastery — a deliberately narrow menu built entirely around the loaded baked potato, with the meats and sides doing the heavy lifting. The stainless trailer is the whole operation, and where it parks changes week to week, so the schedule page and the socials are how regulars find it.
