About Peaches Lewis

A neighborhood Southern restaurant on Lewis Avenue serving brunch and an all-day menu. Dishes include smoked chicken and sausage gumbo with Carolina Gold rice, shrimp or blackened catfish over white cheddar grits, cornmeal crusted catfish, St. Louis spare ribs with collard greens, turkey meatloaf, granola crusted French toast, and the Jim Cade breakfast. Sandwiches run from a fried chicken sandwich and jumbo shrimp po' boy to an Impossible burger, with Nashville-style hot spice available on fried shrimp, catfish, and calamari. Catering, off-premise events, and in-house private dining are also offered.

Part of B+C Restaurant Group, founded by Ben Grossman and Craig Samuel in 2006 with their first restaurant; the group now operates four Peaches restaurants across Brooklyn. The Peaches concept draws on the dishes of the American South, where Marietta Cade, known as Peaches, was born and raised.
