A Cincinnati-based firm of more than 20 attorneys and over 50 employees working across four practice groups: disputes and litigation, real estate, business and corporate, and personal planning. Specific services include commercial and employment litigation, creditors' rights, divorce and family law, residential and commercial real estate transactions and title work through its Safe Title Agency, business contracts and loan transactions, and estate planning, elder law, Medicaid asset protection, guardianships, and trust and estate administration. The personal injury practice covers car, truck, motorcycle and rideshare crashes, premises liability, dog bites, traumatic brain injury, nursing home abuse, and wrongful death. Clients are served throughout the Midwest and in Florida, with offices downtown and in Blue Ash.
The firm was established in 1965 by brothers Braden Mechley and Albert Mechley, Jr. in a small office on Liberty Street in downtown Cincinnati. It took the name Robbins, Kelly, Patterson & Tucker in 1991 and has grown since to over 50 employees and more than 20 attorneys.
