About SoulBachi
SoulBachi is a family-owned food truck serving hibachi around the Raleigh area. The menu centers on chicken, shrimp and Angus brisket cooked on the grill with zucchini, mushrooms, broccoli, carrots and onions over fried rice. Combo plates mix two or three proteins. A spicy nachos line puts the same hibachi over chips with jalape\u00f1os and house sauces. Sides, sodas and bottled water round it out. Catering requests are taken through the site.
SoulBachi began during the quarantine of 2020 as "Soulbachi Saturdays," small gatherings of close family and friends. It was first called "Hibachi Saturdays" until a family friend, Mike, suggested the name Soulbachi. The owners describe it as a Black, family-owned business built to honor the legacy of their elders and stimulate economic growth in their rural community, and to inspire local youth toward entrepreneurship.
