Le Sourdough Haven is a micro-bakery baking artisan sourdough breads and pastries for Cabarrus County and the greater Charlotte area. Everything is made by hand with 100% wild yeast and organic ingredients, with nut-free and dairy-free options. Loaves range from classic and sandwich styles to jalapeño cheddar, cranberry orange and nine-grain. Pastries include cinnamon rolls, scones, bagels and cookies. Monthly Bread Club subscriptions and free local delivery within 15 miles of Concord are available.
